Overview

At EaseSquare, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and at the best possible value. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.
  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
  • During peak sale periods (e.g., festive seasons, flash sales), processing may take up to 3–4 business days.

Serviceable Locations

  • We currently ship to all major cities and pin codes across India.
  • To check if we deliver to your location, enter your pin code at checkout.
  • Certain remote areas or restricted zones may not be serviceable. In such cases, you will be notified at checkout and a full refund will be issued if payment was already made.
  • International shipping is not available at this time. We will notify our customers when this option becomes available.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS with your courier partner's tracking number.
  • You can also track your order directly on our website under “Track Your Order”.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available free of charge for all orders across India.
  • COD is available on orders up to ₹5,000 for select pin codes.
  • COD availability is displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
  • Please ensure you or an authorized person is available to receive and pay for the order at the time of delivery.

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
  • If delivery fails on both attempts (e.g., no one available, incorrect address, access denied), the package will be returned to our warehouse.
  • In such cases:
    • For prepaid orders: A refund will be issued after deducting shipping charges (₹49–₹99 depending on location).
    • For COD orders: The order will be cancelled and restocking charges may apply.
  • You may contact us to rearrange delivery before the second attempt fails.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Please ensure your delivery address, pin code, and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order.
  • We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
  • Address changes can be requested within 2 hours of order placement by contacting our support team. After this window, changes may not be possible.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

Lost Shipments: If your order has not arrived within 7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will initiate a trace with the courier partner. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a full replacement or refund.

Damaged Shipments: If you receive a damaged product or tampered packaging, please:

  • Take photos/video of the package and product upon receipt.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at easesquarestore@gmail.com.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Delayed Shipments: While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner delays
  • Natural disasters, strikes, or public disturbances
  • Incorrect address or failed delivery attempts

We are not liable for such delays but will do our best to assist in resolving them promptly.
